ALOHOMORA'S 5-STEP MODEL
Alohomora's 5-step career exploration model is a revolutionary step in democratising the career exploration process, making it more accessible for young adults all over the country - giving THEM the tools to make a choice with intention and care.
Based on ideas of inspiration, exploration and reflection, and with the philosophical pedagogy of empowerment at its core, our 5-step model enables young people to choose instead of simply telling them what to choose. When young people make informed decisions and also take ownership of those decisions, they emerge as confident, responsible and self-reliant adults.

Our facilitators
The CareerShala program is facilitated by local community youth, also known as Community Lead Fellows.
Engaging local youth - belonging to communities similar to those of our students - not only makes the program more relatable for students by tailoring it to their contexts, but also creates empowered and confident young leaders out of Fellows.
